This honey saison is brewed and conditioned with lavender and chestnut honey from the Provence region of France. They lend a complex flavor profile, which pairs harmoniously with the fruity and spicy aromas derived from the Belgian farmhouse yeast. With a firm bitterness, all-natural effervescence, and a very dry finish your palate will be teeming with excitement. 6.7% ABV

Our deep garnet-red Porter is a hybrid using both lager and ale yeasts. It transports you via a medium body containing aromatics of light roast, cherry pit and cocoa nibs, and finishes dry and clean. 7.4% ABV

Our foray into the burgeoning style from the southern hemisphere boasts tropical notes of juicy pineapple, fresh cut mango, pithy citrus, cantaloupe, and a skosh of herbal goodness to round out this delightfully quaffable pale. Featuring the very best of American , New Zealand and Australian hops. 5.4% ABV

With a silky mouthfeel, our Czech style dark lager has rich aromas and flavors akin to toasted bread, kilned malt and nuances of chocolate, plum and toffee. The clean finish alllows the characteristics of the Saaz hops to flourish. Na zdraví! 4.8% ABV

Our Münster style Altbier has a light, crisp body with a slightly tart flavor derived from a subtle amount of wheat. With notes of crackers, the aroma is decidedly delicate from the combination of German Hersbrucker hops and malt. 5.3% ABV

Big roasty sweet stout with the addition of both flaked and malted oats for a soft mouth feel. In addition, Heron Island Oysters from the Damariscotta River were added to the boil which imparts a beautiful mineral character. 5.4% ABV

Dunkelroggendoppelbock = Dark. Rye. Double. Bock bier is notoriously known as liquid bread. Cultivator is a unique take on the style using rye. It's deep garnet color and phenolic aromatics give way to a full-bodied, creamy and lush strong dark beer. 9.0% ABV
