Copper colored Maibock featuring maple and alder wood moked malt drom Blue Ox Malthouse. 19% smoked malt and single decocted, in collaboration with Candia Road Brewing.

With aromatics of doughy bread, blossoming flowers and quintessential noble goodness this reinterpretation or our Munich Helles fits the transition into Spring accordingly. Featuring whole-cone (naturhopfen) Perle hops, we beckon warmer weather and longer days. 4.5% ABV

Fruity aromatics followed by a well balanced malt profile with a dynamic hop presence. This light amber lager was brewed in the tradition of San Francisco style "Steam" beer. 6.1% ABV

Our IPA boasts of citrus forward aromatics of tangerine and grapefruit while being supported by an earthy dankness and salient bitterness. 6.5% ABV

With predominant aromas of intense espresso and dark chocolate this Spring's release of Mott presents nuances of vanilla, vinous-like qualities and a hint of cherry. Our first instance of using a Japanese plum wine barrel alongside apple wood rye, tawny port and brown sugar rum allows this stout to sing! 10.5% ABV

With a silky mouthfeeland garnet radience, our Czech style dark lager has rich aromas and flavors akin to toasted bread, richly kilned malt and nuances of chocolate, plum and toffee. The clean finish alllows licorice and cola characteristics of the Saaz hops to flourish. Na zdraví! 5.0% ABV

We dreamed this Schwarzbier up with our friends Jolie Rogers Oysters and Moniker Brewing. A black lager distinguished by a mineral quality derived from the oyster liquor and shells.
