A Kölsch to honor our great, late friend Lindsey Altshul has a delicate bouquet of flowers and fruit highlights this extremely refreshing German hybrid. A malt backbone featuring notes of honey ensures that this Kölsch will rejuvenate you through the dog days of summer. 5.0% ABV

We set out to craft this Pilsner with native ingredients that shine front and center. The malt imbues a slightly sweet, malty and grassy flavor that is balanced with American grown Zuper Saazer whole cone and Sterling hops that lend a firm bitterness and aromatics that can be ascribed as noble, spicy and citrus like. 5.0% ABV

Utilizing wild Nepalese Timur peppercorns and American "noble" hop varieties this collaborative saison brewed with Stoneface Brewing is deceptively easy to drink with its dry finish and effervescent carbonation. Phenolic yeast aromas support herbal and citrus hoppiness.

Our IPA boasts of citrus forward aromatics of tangerine and grapefruit while being supported by an earthy dankness and salient bitterness. 6.5% ABV

Ancient Hefeweizen style beer brewed with a portion of sea water from Brave Boat Harbor, lemon zest and juice, coriander and a light hand with hops make for a super drinkable, tart and briney wheat beer. 4.8% ABV

A straw blond lager known for its diminuitive hop character. Delicately spicy and herbal, yet refined, this lovely pils has a touch of biscuit and honey flavors from the German varietal malts. 5.0% ABV
