Big roasty sweet stout with the addition of both flaked and malted oats for a soft mouth feel. In addition, Heron Island Oysters from the Damariscotta River were added to the boil which imparts a beautiful mineral character. 5.4% ABV

Full of aromatics from Australian, Michigan New Zealand Hops you will note a tropical medley of fruit that melds with pine-citrus and resinous hop flavors. With a round palate and bitter bite this no-coast IPA beckons you to peel back the layers of its complex profile. Totally quaffable! 6.9% ABV

Our deep garnet-red Porter is a hybrid using both lager and ale yeasts. It transports you via a medium body containing aromatics of light roast, cherry pit and cocoa nibs, and finishes dry and clean. 7.5% ABV

Our take on the New Zealand style pilsner features a robust collection of hops from Kiwiland that lend delightful nuances of tropical fruit, sauvignon blanc, limey citrus and herbal goodness. Enhanced with Barth Haas Cloud Lime Euphorics, you may just end up in a dream in Middle Earth itself. 4.9% ABV

Our 2025 Barleywine is midway between an American and English style, with a hoppy punch and toffee character. 9.0% ABV Bottles forthcoming at a later date.

With a silky mouthfeeland garnet radience, our Czech style dark lager has rich aromas and flavors akin to toasted bread, richly kilned malt and nuances of chocolate, plum and toffee. The clean finish alllows licorice and cola characteristics of the Saaz hops to flourish. Na zdraví! 5.0% ABV

Fret not, for the legend and tradition of Mott the Lesser continues with the changing of the wind. The gamut of port wine barrels are joined by a rare apple wood rye variety that lends exquisite nuances to the autumn's release. Rich chocolate notes remain prominent, while this stout is coddled by a medley of fruit, complex oak and reductive qualities. 10.5% ABV
